The Chamber is now well placed to offer direct, specialist business support to SMEs throughout North Yorkshire.

Certain areas of the county, and certain business sectors and target audiences attract funding from Europe via Yorkshire Forward, and the Chamber has been able to call on this funding to help us to provide useful one-to-one support for businesses in our area.

Each of our major initiatives is delivered direct by a business advisor at the Chamber and further information about each project is available through the dedicated sections of this website below.  Other support initiatives supported by the Chamber are also detailed here.

	Women in Enterprise (WiE) WiE exists to signpost and facilitate effective business support to women business owners whether at potential, start-up or existing stages. By working closely with local agencies and support organisations, we can signpost you to a range of providers including training, finance, legal and networking opportunities and assist you identify and overcome barriers to personal or business development.
