Welcome to the York & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce (YNYCC) Website, www.ynyccsupport.com. This Website provides information about the YNYCC Support from Assured Professionals Programme (the Programme) which is a support programme aimed at assisting small and medium sized businesses in the areas of upland and coastal North Yorkshire to assess their requirements in respect of legislation which may affect them.
Your access to and use of this Website is subject to these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"), the Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. Your use of this Website constitutes your unqualified agreement to accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. This Website is offered as a free information service. Certain parts of this Website are for the use only of registered users. Whilst we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information on this Website errors may occur. We provide no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the information.

You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified us, our officers, directors, agents, licensors, successors and assigns against all liabilities, claims, losses, costs, damages and expenses including legal fees incurred by us should you breach any of these Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt the indemnity detailed in this paragraph includes any matter arising from your use of the Facility.
